Ted Foster is retired from a career in radio broadcasting. He worked at a single station for twenty-eight years, starting as a part-timer and finishing as the station manager of WRAC-FM in Adams County, Ohio. He now volunteers in the media department at the Heritage Center where he is currently digitizing reel to reel audio tapes.
