The daughter and granddaughter of Old German Baptist Brethren ministers, she has a deep interest in history, in general, and genealogy and Brethren history, in particular. A Brethren Heritage Board Member since 2011, she is the only BHC board member from another state, since she lives and works in Indiana. She is an Educational Coordinator for the physicians learning to be Radiologists at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. She is a member of the Old German Baptist Brethren denomination and has her membership at the Beech Grove congregation near Pendleton, Indiana.
