I have volunteered since soon after the Brethren Heritage Center opened. I have sorted the old Gospel Messengers and the Messengers. Then I sorted, filed, and entered onto the Past Perfect computer archives all the Southern Ohio Church of the  Brethren boxes, the Brotherhood district boxes and church files. I am currently working on the Brethren college boxes. My husband John and I are members of the Bear Creek Church of the Brethren and are graduates of Manchester College. We are both retired teachers, and we have two children and two grandchildren.
