Doug was born November 11, 1933 in Manheim, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. His parents were Noah “Bill” and Evelyn Danner Graybill. His Christian roots are in the old White Oak District, Church of the Brethren, from Lancaster County. Doug was raised in Sebring, Florida and graduated from Sebring High School. There he was a member of the Sebring Church of the Brethren and now a member of Prince of Peace Church of the Brethren in the Dayton, Ohio area. He is retired from NCR and GM.

Doug has been a board member and volunteer at BHC since 2001. He is married to Joan K. Graybill and they have 2 children. They reside in Kettering, Ohio. His interests are in history and family genealogy.
