Dana is a member of the Old German Baptist Brethren Church New Conference, Morning Star. Dana enjoys volunteering at Brethren Heritage Center. She has volunteered at libraries in the past and has taken library science courses. She has liked to read since she was little. Dana has a medical secretary degree. Dana writes poetry, some of which have been published.
 
Dana’s responsibilities at the BHC includes, sorting and organizing used books for sale and updating the used book inventory.
